Collection of Your Personal Information
At TraditionalPhotographer.NET, we ask you to provide personal information, such
as your e-mail address and name, whenever you register for the site. We may also
collect demographic information, such as your age, gender, preferences, interests
and favorites. If you choose to subscribe to TraditionalPhotographer.NET, we will
ask for additional information, such as your billing address and telephone number.
Our payment services are handled by PayPal.
In order to access some of our services we will ask you to sign in using your login
name and password, or email address. Your password is stored in our internal database
in an encrypted form. If you forget your password, you will need to request it be
reset, as we can not unencrypt your password.
We may collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links
you click and other actions taken in connection with TraditionalPhotographer.NET.
We also deliver advertisements and provide website analytics tools on non-TraditionalPhotographer.NET
sites and services, and we may collect information about page views on these third

identifies you (such as your name, e-mail address, etc.). Further, we have built
in technological and process safeguards designed to prevent the unauthorized correlation

We also use your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain
mandatory service communications such as welcome emails, billing reminders, information
on technical service issues, and security announcements. If you opt into our newsletter
service, we may use your personal information to send these to you.
Personal information collected on TraditionalPhotographer.NET will be stored and
processed in the United States, and by using TraditionalPhotographer.NET, you consent
to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

We will not disclose your personal information outside of TraditionalPhotographer.NET
without your consent. However, we may access and/or disclose your personal information

by your browser. Cookies are used on the TraditionalPhotographer.NET web site so
that its servers can registered visitors and provide a more customized user experience.
Accepting the cookies used on our site does not give us access to any personal information

We collect anonymous data when you visit most pages on the TraditionalPhotographer.NET.

TraditionalPhotographer.NET does not market to children, and we do not knowingly
collect information from children under the age of 13. The TraditionalPhotographer.NET
web site is designed for photographers over the age of 16. We do not accept membership
from anyone under the age of 16.

From time-to-time TraditionalPhotographer.NET may request information from users
via surveys, contests or for a particular service (e.g. newsletter). Participation
in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has
a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
Advertisements Displayed by Third Parties
All of the online advertisements you see on TraditionalPhotographer.NET Web pages
are displayed by TraditionalPhotographer.NET, or by third-parties such as Amazon.com
and Google.com.
