of Use. TraditionalPhotographer.NET may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise
these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the TraditionalPhotographer.NET Website,
including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials
or services on the Website.

that are not owned or controlled by TraditionalPhotographer.NET. TraditionalPhotographer.NET
has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies,
or practices of any third party websites. In addition, TraditionalPhotographer.NET
will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using
the Website, you expressly relieve TraditionalPhotographer.NET from any and all
liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

Forum Participation Rules
TraditionalPhotographer.NET direction is based primarily upon feedback from the
membership, in keeping with the mission of the group. Therefore, images and discussions
on this site should relate to traditional photographic processes and materials.
The following admonitions should therefore be remembered:
- Discussions relating to subjects other than traditional photography should be posted
in one of the relevant sub-topic groups (which members may choose to ignore, at
their discretion).
- Do not cross post messages in multiple forums.
- Do not post Digital vs Traditional photography threads.
- Do not post Political or Religious topics in the Photograpy Forums, however, they
are allowed in the Lounge or the Snake Pit.
- Do not post commercial topics, unless approved by the site owner. However, magazine
publishers may publish information on upcoming issues, if they relate to traditional
photography.
- Do not post personal details of other members (email, address, etc.), without specific
approval from the site owner.
- Do not post any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent
or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
- Topics that get out of hand, will be moved to the Snake Pit, or deleted without
warning.
- Topics regarding digital techniques connected with traditional processes should
be posted in the Grey Area.
- When publishing new articles, do not post the entire text of the article; doing
so, may violate copyright laws. Instead post a relavant portion and the website
address.
Currently, this is a self moderated group, and it is expected that members will
treat each other with courtesy and respect. If it becomes necessary in the future
to implement a group of moderators, those moderators will be chosen from among active
members, who have shown the ability and restraint necessary to be fair and open
minded. Those chosen for the moderator group will representative of the group as
a whole, in terms of makeup (with both male and female moderators) and character.
Members are reminded that the IP Address of each post made is recorded.
Posting Images
TraditionalPhotographer.NET is a photography website dedicated to the preservation,
promotion and education of traditional photographic processes. Therefore, members
wishing to publish images on this site need to keep be following in mind:
- Images taken with digital cameras, with the exception of those used for illustrative
purposes, may be removed from the site, without warning.
- While recognizing that some digital post processing is necessary for web presentation,
that post processing should only be what is necessary to preserve the spirit of
the original print, negative or transparency. Images that don’t follow these criteria
may be removed, without warning.
- As a Family Friendly website, images that show full frontal male or female nudity
or genatils are not welcome, and will be removed without warning.
