| A bit of news I found on Fuji's website. It is a bit dated (August 28, 2007), but is the first time I've read about this partnership. I wonder if this means a new paper will be introduced. It sounds positive development to me. "FUJIFILM Corporation (President and CEO Shigetaka Komori, hereafter “FUJIFILM”) and Mitsubishi Paper Mills Ltd. (President Takeshi Sato, hereafter “Mitsubishi Paper Mills”) have reached a basic agreement to forge a partnership in the photographic business, with focus on the area of photographic paper... As a part of partnership, FUJIFILM shall receive the supply of paper base for producing photographic papers from Mitsubishi Paper Mills...." http://www.fujifilm.com/news/n070828.html

I wonder what that actually means as far as new papers go. I used to use Mitsubishi Gekko paper, which is a resin coated b&w paper. It's discontinued since about a year or so. Wonderful stuff.
If Fuji and Mitsubishi decide to have at it with a new b&w paper, it will be interesting for me, although I'm sure it's more to do with color papers.

I love all my cameras. Sometimes they love me back. Perhaps this polygamy thing isn't such a good idea...

the only way to be sure is to have all those that want B&W printing paper is to drop them a note , to me B&W has its own type of moods and that can make a foto in times :

If I remember right, Mitsubishi has made B&W paper for years.
