Listening to the interview it sounds as if Kodak eventually decided to invest all their time and effort into the 400 film and it doesn't sound likely that it will produce a new 100 film, certainly not in the near future. Typically for a marketing man Disabato suggests that the new 400 film is as good as other makes of 100 films although he must believe that the old TMax 100 must still offer some advantages over the new TMax 400 otherwise the logical step would be to drop the old TMax100 if the new 400 gave all the advantages of the old 100 and the extra speed.

No sign of this film in the U.K. yet, unless someone can tell me different. As the U.K. is a big market for Kodak, I am surprised that I have heard of no announcement in the U.K. given how long it has been out in the U.S.

pentaxuser

RE: NEw T-max 400 - does anyone have it in stock?

Great interview!! Thanks for finding this and sharing this. I'm thrilled when I hear the interviewer talk about the resurgence of film.

It doesn't sound like a new T-Max 100.

RE: NEw T-max 400 - does anyone have it in stock?

This interview with Scott DiSabato at Kodak and photographer John Sexton, would be interesting for those of you interested in the new T-max 400:

Interview in MP3-format

After listening to DiSabato in the beginning of the interview, can we excpect a new T-max 100 film as well?

RE: NEw T-max 400 - does anyone have it in stock?

Erik, I beleive Badger graphics has it in stock now. I think I saw a review by Michael Kadillack in that other site which from now on will remain nameless as far as I am concerned.

RE: NEw T-max 400 - does anyone have it in stock?

Sorry, I haven't seen it yet, but I'll keep an eye out for it.
