For those who are fans of the Firefox browser:

"A new version of the Firefox Web browser is scheduled for release Tuesday with improvements in security, speed and design.

Many of the enhancements in Firefox 3 involve bookmarks. The new version lets Web surfers add keywords, or tags, to sort bookmarks by topic. A new "Places" feature lets users quickly access sites they recently bookmarked or tagged and pages they visit frequently but haven't bookmarked.

There's also a new star button for easily adding sites to your bookmark list — similar to what's already available on Microsoft Corp.'s Internet Explorer 7 browser."

I'll take a look at it when it comes out. I'm currently using IE8 Beta and Firefox 2.0, I like both, but prefer IE for day to day use.

"Fujifilm remains true to its heritage and to the acknowledged superior image quality delivered by professional photographic film products." -- Fuji Press Release

An old Hasidic story says we should wear a coat with two pockets in order to receive God's message. In one pocket, the message is: "You are nothing but one of billions of grains of sand in the universe." In the other, the message is: "I made the universe just for you."

I've been using Firefox for some years now and find it very comfortable to use. I recognize that it is a very personal preference, but once you are all set up, it is a very flexible way to manage your web browsing.

I'm on the list for "download-day" or whatever they call it. They're trying to set a record for the most downloads in a single day.

Cheers,

The only real criticism I've heard of the new browser is that it doesn't support the Vista GUI very well. I'll be downloading it to my XP machine, so that won't be a problem. My laptop, which runs Vista Ultimate, I only use for writing or email, so I don't need more than one browser on it - currently IE7.

I have it running on both Vista and XP. Both are running well.
