I though Efke was the only manufacturer still making film that slow.

I think also Rollei Ortho 25 is available in sheet film. It is an orthochromatic film so it may not suit everybody. Polaroid Type 55 is iso 50. A fantastic film although very expensive.

I know many wants a Ilford Delta 25 in sheet film, but I guess that wont happen.

I don't know if it counts or not, but Kodak TMax 100 sheet film I always treated as an ISO 50 film to get adequate shadow detail. Especially when I used it with Rodinal developer.
The Efke emulsions are really nice, but ortho-panchromatic meaning their red sensitivity is lowered.
