Hi Eric,

Sorry, I wasn't aware that function didn't work in FireFox. I'll have to make a more concerted effort to use FireFox; I mostly use IE, and sometimes just don't think to use anything else. I'll have to find out why the difference in upload; the IE upload is actually another webpage, which it looks like the javascript that FireFox uses can't display. Not sure whether that is a limitation of FireFox or an extension that IE uses. Regardless, I'll see what I can find out.

I'm working on getting the gallery, most of the work is actually in the backend part; allowing users to manage their images, as well as building the site to manage how much a user is allowed to upload. That is why you don't see much going on in that page. The big issue has just been time, right now I only have a couple of hours a day to devote to working on this, however, I'm going to be taking a couple of weeks off at the beginning of May, and I'm planning on getting the new gallery up then.

There are a number of other new features I haven't uploaded yet, like a new menu system that integrates the forum with the rest of the site - I'm planning on uploading this on Sunday evening, my time.

I validated that the upload function also works on IE8.

When I click on the mountain all I get is a dialog box asking for a URl. But further down there is something about editing attachments.

These might not be my "best" images but they have a special place for me.

These are great images Eric. I particulary like the one with the two little girls. I take it they are family. What is important with these type of images, is how the impact the photographer - the public may not care, but we do. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks guys. The two little girls are my daughters many moons ago. The smallest one in the photo made me a grand dad just over two years ago. This photo was taken while we were living in the Canadian maritimes. Location is near the Hunts Point - Nova Scotia, government wharf area. I think the date was around 1987. Good old Kodachrome 64, Nikon F2.
